Senior Product Designer, Rider Incentives

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to own and execute user experience and design-related aspects of the Incentives domain within the Rides team. This includes all products related to promotions, discount campaigns, and Bolt Plus across both the rider and driver apps.

The Incentives team's goal is to build a scalable incentives system that makes campaigns, rewards, and subscription benefits clear, effective, and motivating across every step of the ride journey.

You will play a key role in shaping how hundreds of millions of riders and drivers discover, engage with, and get value from Bolt's incentives, with a particular focus on evolving Bolt Plus into a loved, growth-driving product. About The Role

We're looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer to take ownership of the incentives experience across the Rides rider and driver apps. Your main goal will be to evolve and scale how we communicate campaigns, promos, and Bolt Plus benefits end-to-end, from pre-order discovery through post-ride moments. You will ensure that incentives are perceived as clear, consistent, and motivating across a two-sided marketplace with complex business logic. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with strong cross-functional partnership.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the incentives and Bolt Plus experience across the rider and driver apps.
• Turn complex campaign, engagement, and subscription flow into simple, intuitive user experiences.
• Partner closely with Incentives, Bolt Plus, Pricing, and Growth teams to align business goals with user needs on both sides of the marketplace.
• Work with engineers and product managers to ensure feasibility and high-quality execution.
• Prototype and test concepts quickly to validate ideas and reduce ambiguity.
• Ensure consistency across surfaces, including home, pricing, order flow, in-ride, and post-ride states, for both riders and drivers.
  
  
  

About you:

• You interpret the business metrics behind campaigns, loyalty, and subscriptions, and are comfortable designing within complex, two-sided systems.
• You're an interdisciplinary, design-led thinker who speaks the language of product, driving discussions and influencing stakeholders at different levels.
• You raise the craft bar around you, with a portfolio showcasing exceptional UI craftsmanship.
• You work effectively with other designers and cross-functional teams. You give sharp feedback and elevate the work of other designers.
• You can communicate fluently in English and effectively pitch your design vision through storytelling, backed by user research and strong design intuition.
• You use AI tools fluently across your workflow, from exploration and concept generation to prototyping, and treat them as a multiplier rather than a novelty.
