The role

As a Client Services Associate at Consultport, you’ll work directly with senior decision-makers at leading companies and manage end-to-end consulting projects that solve diverse business challenges. You’ll build and manage your own portfolio of clients, match them with top-tier freelance consultants from our global network, and ensure the successful execution of projects from initial scoping through to delivery.

You’ll be joining a fast-growing team at the forefront of innovation in the consulting industry, with plenty of opportunity for personal development, mentorship, and upward mobility. 


Your mission with us

  • Work with C-level executives to define their most critical consulting projects.
  • Write clear project descriptions, vet consultants, and source niche expertise to build strong shortlists for clients.
  • Prepare consultants for client interviews and provide timely post-interview feedback to improve success rates.
  • Drive the consultant review process by aligning with clients on the best fit for the project.
  • Lead negotiations between clients and consultants to finalize scope, align on deliverables, and agree on pricing.
  • Get high-value contracts signed between clients and consultants and exceed your targets!
  • Monitor active consulting engagements and identify opportunities for extensions in partnership with top-tier consultants


What we’re looking for

  • Graduating / graduated from a top university with excellent grades
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience in sales, business development, or consulting
  • A results-driven mindset, with a history of exceeding targets and being a top performer
  • A keen interest in the global consulting industry and future work trends
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Available to work onsite at our office in Berlin
  • C1/C2 proficiency in English
  • C1/C2 proficiency in other European languages is an advantage
