Senior Product Owner - Berlin - 80k

We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner to help shape and expand a range of digital platforms and services. In this position, you will play a central role in driving digital innovation and improving customer-focused products within a collaborative, agile environment.

Your responsibilities

• Defining product strategies and turning customer, market, and business needs into a clear product vision
• Involvement in enterprise roadmapping planning and decision making
• Creating and prioritizing user stories, including detailed acceptance criteria
• Managing product initiatives throughout the full development lifecycle with a practical and results-oriented approach
• Leading collaboration across cross-functional teams including GTM, engineering and marketing
• Supporting the creation and growth of digital services with strong commercial potential
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple business areas and management levels
• Communicating transparently and effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Handling challenges and conflicts constructively while contributing to sustainable team solutions

Your Profile

• Ideally+7 years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager
• Previous experience coordinating and guiding cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, along with exposure to traditional and hybrid project management methods
• Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Confident decision-maker who performs well in complex or ambiguous situations
• Experience within a digital or technology-driven environment
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Experience within eCommerce is advantageous
