We have recently been acquired by Blue Mountain and will develop our sales in conjunction with our colleagues in the US. Our customers are from a wide range of industries, such as Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Food and Beverage, Oil and Gas.
Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business growth and expand strategic customer relationships within regulated manufacturing industries including Life Sciences, Pharma, Medical Device, Biotech, Food & Beverage, and Industrial Manufacturing. This is a enterprise SaaS sales role focused on long-term relationship building, consultative selling, and helping clients digitally transform their calibration and asset management processes.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by selling CompuCal’s cloud-based calibration and asset management platform to both new and existing customers. This role requires navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, engaging senior stakeholders, and positioning CompuCal as a strategic digital transformation partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Drive both new logo acquisition (“hunter” mentality) and account expansion (“farmer” approach)
- Build trusted relationships with C-level executives, operational leaders, engineering teams, and quality stakeholders
- Lead consultative sales engagements focused on digital transformation initiatives
- Manage the full sales lifecycle including prospecting, discovery, demonstrations, proposal development, negotiation, forecasting, and closing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions and proof-of-concept demonstrations
- Position CompuCal solutions within regulated environments requiring compliance with GxP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, EU MDR, and related standards
- Maintain accurate pipeline activity and forecasting through CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience
- Proven success selling SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or industrial technology solutions
- Experience selling into regulated manufacturing industries such as Pharma, Biotech, Medical Device, or Life Sciences
- Demonstrated ability to manage long enterprise sales cycles (12–18 months)
- Understanding of calibration, CMMS, asset management, or engineering software solutions
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations including ERP, SAP, or related manufacturing systems
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements within highly regulated industries
- Strong consultative and strategic selling capabilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong relationship-building skills
- Resilient and comfortable managing complex procurement and stakeholder environments
