Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client seeking an experienced ICT Project Manager with strong exposure to structured project delivery environments, ERP/finance systems implementations, grants management platforms, and cross-functional stakeholder management. The role will involve leading and coordinating project delivery activities across SmartSimple and Microsoft Business Central initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines, scope, quality, and governance standards.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Degree level qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
• 6+ years of relevant experience with progressive increase in responsibility within ICT project delivery or project management environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage Project Plans, Delivery Schedules, RAID Logs & Governance Reporting across SmartSimple and Microsoft Business Central projects.
• Coordinate Project Delivery Activities to ensure milestones are achieved within agreed Scope, Budget, Timelines & Quality Standards.
• Lead Stakeholder & Vendor Management activities across business, technical, and third-party teams.
• Support Data Migration Activities including Data Mapping, Validation, Reconciliation & Migration Governance.
• Facilitate Requirements Gathering Workshops and manage Business & Functional Documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate SIT/UAT Testing, including Test Planning, Test Execution, Defect Tracking & Reporting.
• Support Microsoft Business Central Upgrade Projects and coordinate cross-functional dependencies.
• Produce and maintain Project Documentation, Governance Reports, Status Updates & Project Artefacts.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 6+ years of experience in ICT Project Delivery / Project Support environments.
• Strong experience with ERP/Finance Systems – Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.
• Experience with SmartSimple or similar Grant Management Platforms.
• Proven experience in Stakeholder & Vendor Management.
• Strong exposure to Business Analysis – Requirements Gathering & Process Mapping.
• Hands-on experience in Data Migration – Data Mapping, Validation & Reconciliation.
• Experience in SIT/UAT Testing, Test Scripts & Defect Tracking.
• Strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies & Project Lifecycle Delivery.
• Experience with Change Management & User Adoption Activities.
• Strong skills in Project Documentation, Reporting & Governance.
• Working knowledge of MS Planner Pro, Visio, Power BI & Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent Communication, Coordination & Problem-Solving Skills.
• Ability to work effectively within Cross-Functional Teams and manage multiple workstreams.
