In a fast-paced development environment focused on growth and innovation, you will be responsible for translating requirements into code to create, improve and maintain high-quality software.

In particular, you will:

• Design and build the end-to-end onboarding experience, from first purchase to full product activation, minimizing time-to-value for the user;
• Own features across the full stack — backend services in Node.js, React interfaces, API design — with a focus on quality and measurable product outcomes;
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Customer Success to translate user insights into scalable technical solutions, bringing a product mindset to every engineering decision;
• Define event-driven flows that track user activation, surface friction points and enable data-informed iteration on the onboarding journey.
  
  

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 5 years of experience building production-grade full-stack applications with Node.js, React and TypeScript;
• Proven ability to think in products, not just features. You reason about activation rates and user journeys as naturally as about API design or component architecture;
• Product-driven mindset and a high sense of ownership;
• Proven experience using modern AI coding assistants effectively;
• Familiarity with event-driven patterns and async flows to model multi-step user journeys is a strong plus;
• Experience on platform or shared-infrastructure initiatives , building for multiple consumers, is a significant advantage;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field;
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
