Finance Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Finance Analyst (fixed-term contract) to our UAB Švyturys-Utenos Alus team, who brings strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to help support our business operations. In this role, you will play a important role in commercial operations planning, analysis and reporting, supporting growth and improving our financial performance. If you have a strong background in finance, commercial, or related field, analytics and possess excellent analytical and communication skills, we invite you to contribute to our dynamic environment. This position is part of the local Finance Division but reports directly to the Business Controller.


Salary

2800-3500 €/mon. gross


What you'll be doing

  • Support Business Controller in month-end reporting, budgeting & estimation on the local level,
  • Analyze and provide insights for commercial activities, such as:

Assessing profitability on product level

Costs allocation on correct product categories

Discounts performance control

SG&A costs follow-up

  • Support colleagues by providing finance expertise for business plans
  • Provide support to local Business Controlling & ISC Finance Controlling team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, optimize resource allocation, and maximize results in all business activities.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance the effectiveness, efficiency, transparency, and high quality of financial operations.


What we're looking for

  • Several years of experience in a commercial or financial analyst roles, with hands-on on supporting management in financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
  • 1-3 years experience in a commercial or finance analyst is an advantage.
  • Bachelors' degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (with an emphasis on Excel) with expertise in Power BI.
  • Business acumen, analytical thinking, high-level attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy maintaining the ability to see the big picture.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and ability to cooperate with the teams.
  • Proficient in English and local language (both written and verbal).
