We are looking for a Back-End Developer who doesn’t just ship features, but takes ownership of building scalable, reliable products end-to-end, from cloud infrastructure to performance, monitoring, and system reliability, helps shape what gets built next, understands how technical decisions impact users and business growth, and turns complex challenges into fast, maintainable solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Building and improving apps of products that people actually use - from adding new features to existing apps to creating fresh solutions from scratch;
• Working with TypeScript, NextJS, NestJS, Postgresql, Turborepo, and Google Cloud solutions to make sure everything runs fast, smoothly, and is scalable;
• Owning your roadmap and helping decide what needs to be built next and how;
• Keeping an eye on the business side and making decisions that push products forward;
• Writing tests, improving reliability, and raising our tech standards;
• Collaborating with a small, focused team that moves quickly and learns fast;
• Getting involved across projects, we love people who see the big picture and connect the dots.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience with Node.js / NestJS and TypeScript (knowing your way around production code);
• Comfort working in the cloud, ideally Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• Experience building and maintaining reliable, scalable services that stay up under high traffic and serve millions of users;
• Strong understanding of system reliability, monitoring, performance optimization, and production incident handling;
• A proactive self-starter who takes ownership, manages priorities effectively, and consistently delivers results without close supervision;
• Able to understand the broader impact of technical decisions on user experience, scalability, and business growth;
• Committed to writing high-quality, maintainable code, with a strong focus on testing and balancing technical excellence with business objectives;
• Interested in the bigger picture, curious about how the entire company operates, not just the codebase or individual projects;
• Experience or understanding of e-commerce is a big plus;
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
