Our client is a leading global financial services organisation undergoing a large-scale transformation programme, who are seeking an experienced Operating Model & Business Transformation professional to support the design and implementation of future-state operational processes.


This role will suit someone with strong business analysis capabilities, operating model experience, and a proven track record delivering complex transformation initiatives across global environments.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the development and implementation of a target operating model using a structured, top-down approach
  • Analyse current-state processes and identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities
  • Produce process documentation across multiple levels, including high-level process maps, workflows, and detailed procedural documentation
  • Collaborate with operational readiness and programme teams to ensure alignment across global business functions
  • Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements
  • Act as a subject matter expert across process, governance, and transformation activities
  • Identify, manage, and escalate programme risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business, technology, and programme teams
  • Support governance, business readiness, and change management activities
  • Contribute to strategic transformation initiatives focused on operational efficiency and scalability


Skills required:


  • Strong experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries
  • Proven background supporting enterprise-wide transformation programmes
  • Experience designing or implementing target operating models
  • Advanced business analysis and process mapping capability
  • Strong understanding of systems, data flows, and integration concepts
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work across global teams
  • Strong risk awareness, governance understanding, and delivery focus
  • Resilient, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mindset
