Project Manager (Young Audience)

Rocklab, our creative hub and resource centre, supports artists and audiences at every step of their journey across four pillars: Discover, Create, Grow and Play – and we're looking for someone exceptional to lead the first one :
Project Manager Young AudiencePERMANENT, FULL-TIME CONTRACT
Reporting to the Head of Rocklab, you will design and lead Rocklab's entire young audience offering: cultural, educational and artistic initiatives that spark musical curiosity and creativity in children and teenagers.
Key responsibilities
Program development & strategic planning
Develop, implement and supervise Rocklab's young audience strategy aligned with Rocklab's mission.
Conceive new program concepts and innovative learning formats across music genres and age groups.
Evaluate activities and ensure the continuous improvement and expansion of the program
Oversee the communication strategy of the Discover pillar in collaboration with the Marketing team to ensure coherent narrative and key messages.
Project management & activities
Manage projects end-to-end: planning, logistics, technical and artistic production, budgets, administrative follow-up, lessons learned, reporting, etc.
Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders (artists, educators, partners, schools, etc.).
Organise and supervise workshops, educational concerts, guided tours, talent programs, etc. in line with the Discover strategy.
Welcome, supervise and accompany audiences, ensuring a high-quality participant experience.
Propose, design and review educational materials.
Partnerships & collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, cultural organisations, youth institutions, educators, artists and other collaborators.
Recruit, brief and oversee coaches, artists, workshop leaders and contributors.
Represent Rocklab in youth programming events.
Support the Create, Grow, and Play pillars when needed, including Rocklab Members management.
Profile
At least five years of professional experience in project management, preferably in culture, education, youth programming, music or event production.
Ability to design, structure, deliver and reassess high-quality, educational, artistic and participatory projects.
Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and autonomously.
Great interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with young people.
Strong communication skills in Luxembourg's official languages and English.
Proficiency in digital tools (MacOS, Microsoft Office 365).
Creative mindset, team spirit, reliability and flexibility.
Strong interest in music, artistic education, creativity and youth development with a good understanding of the music ecosystem in Luxembourg.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, according to event schedules.
