Product Designer

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the future of both our consumer-facing app and our internal operational ecosystem, HonestOS. You’ll be designing experiences that delight our customers, empower our restaurant teams, and help us scale efficiently across Europe.

This role blends UX, UI, product thinking, and system design, and is ideal for someone excited to work across multiple products, move fast, and see their work come to life in physical restaurants used by thousands of real users every day. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, and our Creative team to ensure every digital interaction feels intuitive, beautiful, and unmistakably Honest Greens.

Responsabilities:

• Design end‑to‑end experiences for our consumer app (ordering, loyalty, payments, on‑premise interactions, etc.).
• Shape the UX/UI for our internal tools, including logistics, ordering, kitchen workflows, and staff‑facing applications.
• Convert complex operational problems into clean, elegant, and scalable product solutions.
• Conduct user research with both customers and internal teams (Ops, Culinary, Finance).
• Run usability tests, gather insights, and iterate quickly based on real‑world data.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements, journeys, and prototypes.
• Partner with our Product Managers to define problems, map opportunities, and shape roadmaps.
• Work closely with Engineers to ensure your designs are feasible, scalable, and polished in execution.
• Collaborate with our Creative/Brand teams to maintain coherence across products and touchpoints.
• Create wireframes, flows, high‑fidelity UI, interactive prototypes, and final design specs.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across the Honest Greens product ecosystem.
• Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems—helping us move fast while building with intention.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of product design experience, ideally across both B2C and internal tools.
• A portfolio showing strong UX thinking, clean UI, and clear storytelling around your design decisions.
• Experience designing mobile applications (iOS/Android) and responsive web interfaces.
• Strong understanding of research methods, usability testing, and rapid iteration.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally, communicate clearly, and align teams around your direction.
• Comfort working in a fast‑moving environment with autonomy and ownership.
• Experience with design systems and component-based thinking.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Nano Banana, Figma, and cloud platforms.
• Bonus: experience in e‑commerce, ordering platforms, hospitality, or operational/logistics tools.
