- Create compelling, differentiated propositions tailored to the customer landscape, including domains such as IAM, IGA, PAM, network security , vulnerability scanning remediation, security administration , information protection, cryptokey management, and broader security operations capabilities.
- Orchestrate SMEs to build a boardroom narrative that ties capabilities to prioritized outcomes and measurable KPIs.
- 4) Lead large engagements across implementation operations Own the end-to-end engagement lifecycle from solutioning and transition to delivery and steady-state operations across multi-tower, distributed delivery models.
- Establish and run strong governance operating reviews, executive steering, escalations, risks dependencies, and continual improvement ensuring predictable delivery and customer confidence. 5) Framework and process credibility (enterprise-grade)Bring hands-on exposure to leading cyber security frameworks and standard processes to enable credible stakeholder dialogue, defensible delivery, and audit-ready operations (e.g., NIST CSF, ISOIEC 27001, CIS Controls, COBIT ITIL-aligned service management).

- Cyber Security Director As a Cyber Security Engagement Director , you are the revenue and relationship owner for a strategic cyber security portfolio within a large Dutch technology enterprise.
- You will create demand, shape deals, and expand wallet share by aligning cyber outcomes to business priorities while ensuring the engagement delivers measurable results through strong governance and operational excellence.
- You serve as the customers single point of contact for security services delivery and escalations, and you actively identify and convert new opportunities.
- 10 years experience driving growth for cyber security services in enterprise environments (managed services, consulting, integration, transformation).
- Proven executive stakeholder management successfully influencing and partnering with CISOCxO stakeholders.
- Demonstrated track record of owning large cyber engagements, including implementation operations, with strong governance and escalation leadership.
- Broad cyber domain understanding with ability to coordinate across security service areas (e.g., assessments, security roadmap, architecture, SOC operations, ISO implementation, vulnerability assessment, and IGAPAM).
