Job Description

Job Purpose

ICE Mortgage Technology, a division of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), is the leading cloud-based platform provider for the US mortgage finance industry. We integrate best-in-class solutions, optimize every stage of the loan lifecycle, and continue to transform the housing finance and homeownership experience.

Our Poland team drives product development across multiple mortgage technology platforms including Data and Document Automation (DDA) and Mortgage Analyzers — solutions that automate and streamline key business processes for lenders, investors, and servicers across the United States.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Poland product team. You will take on dedicated product ownership across one or more of our core platforms, starting with the DDA Web and DDA Desktop applications, with the potential to expand into Mortgage Analyzers or other product areas as the team and business evolve.

This is a high-impact, end-to-end ownership role that sits at the intersection of business strategy, customer needs, and engineering delivery — requiring strong collaboration across distributed teams in Poland and India.

Responsibilities

  • Own assigned products end-to-end — from vision and roadmap planning through requirements, delivery, release, and ongoing post-production support.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for production incidents and customer-reported issues for owned products, coordinating triage, prioritization, and resolution across engineering and support teams.
  • Serve as an effective bridge between geographically distributed teams — ensuring clear communication, alignment on priorities, and sustained delivery momentum across Poland, USA and India.
  • Lead requirements for discovery and analysis in close collaboration with stakeholders, Engineering, QA, and UX teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear and actionable epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to support effective sprint planning and roadmap execution.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies — including daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives — to drive delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Own and drive cross-team strategic initiatives focused on platform efficiency, data quality, and operational productivity.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, UX, and other internal teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric solutions.
  • Support Sales, Client Management, and Technical Support teams by providing product expertise and assisting with escalations when needed.
  • Adapt focus and ownership areas over time as business priorities, team structure, and product strategy evolve.

Knowledge And Experience

  • 5 years experience in a Product Manager or similar role, ideally within a software product company.
  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies, with proven experience translating complex business needs into actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a distributed, cross-geography team environment spanning multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to decompose ambiguous problems into structured, well-defined requirements.
  • Proficiency with structured data formats and integration technologies including JSON, XML, and APIs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to engage effectively across time zones, seniority levels, and functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple products or workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mortgage or financial services industry experience is a plus.

Preferred Knowledge And Experience

  • Experience with both web and desktop application product management.
  • Familiarity with document processing, data extraction, automation platforms, or mortgage analytics.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and their application to data accuracy, workflow automation, and predictive decisioning.
  • Experience collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams on model performance, feedback loops, and responsible AI practices.
  • Familiarity with responsible AI principles, model interpretability, and quality metrics required for production-grade AI systems.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Computer Science or a related technical field preferred. Candidates with strong blended business-technical backgrounds will also be considered.

Poland Base Salary Range

The expected base salary for this role is between 190,000 - 300,000 PLN.  The base salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange’s incentive compensation.  While we provide this range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on objective and gender-neutral criteria including skillset, qualifications and experience of the individual. Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage.
