What You’ll Do:

Reporting to the Analysis Assistant Manager the Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making processes across the organization. This role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and transforming data into meaningful insights, as well as supporting the development and maintenance of corporate dashboards and reports.

The position involves close collaboration with different departments to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability. It also offers the opportunity to contribute to the automation and standardization of reporting processes within a dynamic and international environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from different departments within the Holding to support reporting and analytical processes
• Perform data analysis and prepare visual reports using analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Support the preparation, maintenance, and accuracy control of corporate dashboards and reports
• Consolidate data from various systems (operational systems, databases, etc.) and prepare structured datasets for analysis
• Monitor data quality, identify missing or inconsistent data, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Support the calculation and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) used in operational and management reporting
• Use data modeling and data visualization techniques to present complex datasets in a clear and meaningful way to support decision-making
• Contribute to the improvement, automation, and standardization of reporting and data analysis processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Business Administration, etc.)
• Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development
• Experience with operational data and performance reporting is preferred
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required (active use in a global environment)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and SQL
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Power Automate is an advantage
