Product Manager (Enterprise & Ecosystem

Unleash
Norway · Full-time · Mid-Senior

The mission:

Unleash is an open source feature management platform that helps development teams experiment faster while reducing the risks of releasing software in production. Our mantra is "Create with freedom. Release with confidence."

What started as an open source project on GitHub in 2015 became a company in Oslo in 2019. Today, Unleash is used by thousands of development teams worldwide, across a broad range of paying customers spanning high-growth scale-ups to some of the world's most demanding global enterprises: Lloyds Bank, Wayfair, Visa, Prudential, Lenovo, Mercadona and Docker, among others. We recently announced our Series B and continue to grow globally as a remote-first company.

Why this role exists now

As Unleash moves deeper into the enterprise segment, the complexity of what our largest customers need has grown. They do not just want feature flags. They want Unleash to fit seamlessly into the toolchains they already run.

Until now, our CPO has carried this responsibility. As we scale, that is no longer sustainable. As our Product Manager for Enterprise & Ecosystem, you will take the helm of some of Unleash’s most critical commercial drivers. You will offload the CPO by owning the strategy and execution for our Integration landscape, the evolution of our Enterprise Edge offering, and the developer experience across our SDKs.

What you will work on

  • Lead the strategy for third-party integrations (e.g., ServiceNow, Datadog, Dynatrace, GitHub), ensuring Unleash fits seamlessly into the enterprise DevOps toolchain.
  • Drive Enterprise Edge, our commercial proxy product, balancing performance with the governance and compliance needs of large customers
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure our SDKs remain lightweight, performant, and intuitive for developers globally.
  • Translate complex enterprise requirements around SSO, audit logs and access controls into clear, prioritised product decisions
  • Partner with the CPO to identify and refine AI opportunities in feature management, ensuring all potential use cases meet strict enterprise compliance, security, and data privacy standards.
  • Act as a key point of contact for enterprise customers, translating complex organisational needs and compliance requirements into product decisions. You will spend meaningful time with customers and need to be comfortable in those conversations
  • Start by working closely with our Enterprise Growth squad, expanding over time to lead across multiple teams
  • Partner with Customer Journey, Sales and Customer Success to ensure our product evolution aligns with our commercial goals and market positioning

Who we are looking for

You have a real track record in B2B enterprise software and understand what it takes to build a product that earns trust at that level. Beyond that, we are looking for someone who is:

  • Structured and analytical. When faced with competing priorities, you build a clear case and commit
  • Experienced running complex, multi-quarter initiatives across teams without constant oversight. You know how to structure a project that spans months, keep momentum, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Technically grounded. You do not need an engineering background, but you need to genuinely understand what the team is building, why architectural decisions matter, and how the pieces fit together. Developers will know the difference.
  • Commercially minded. You can look at a piece of technical work and ask: what is the business case for doing this now? You spot where prioritising certain integrations or capabilities creates commercial leverage down the line, whether that is unlocking new enterprise segments, reducing churn risk, or opening up new pricing opportunities.
  • Comfortable with autonomy. Direction is set at a high level here. How you get there is largely up to you to define

It is also a plus if you have experience from developer tooling, open source communities, or have previously worked with or sold into large global enterprises.

What is in it for you

  • Real ownership of a commercially critical product area, with direct impact on revenue and retention
  • Daily collaboration with the CPO and some of the strongest engineering teams in Europe
  • Build product used by engineering teams at some of the biggest enterprises, such as: Lloyds, Wayfair, Prudential and Lenovo, running mission-critical systems at scale
  • A remote-first culture built on trust, transparency and autonomy
  • Two company offsites per year - one for the whole company and one for your department - and everything you need to do your best work
