Role: Product Manager

Location: Dubai

Contract Duration: 6 Months Renewable Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute UAT test cases for Alexa+ features targeting Saudi users
• Validate end-to-end customer experience (CX) flows and identify usability gaps
• Provide culturally relevant feedback for Saudi/Najdi Arabic users
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and localization teams to resolve issues
• Track defects, testing status, and support launch readiness activities

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Product Management, QA, UAT, or CX Validation
• Najdi Arabic speaker (Mandatory)
• Experience in test case creation and structured testing
• Understanding of Saudi customer expectations and digital behavior
• Familiarity with JIRA or similar defect tracking tools is preferred

Preferred

• Experience with AI/Voice products or consumer technology
• Exposure to localization/internationalization testing
• Knowledge of product launch and readiness processes
