Job Description

• We seek 2 experienced and highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designers to join our dynamic team.
• The successful candidate will be at the forefront of the design and user experience efforts across key platforms including the website, customer portal, agent portal, and mobile app.
• This role will play a crucialpart in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces that enhance user engagement, and experience to drive strategic business requirements.
• The Senior UI/UX Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, 3rd party vendors, and business stakeholders, to ensure a seamless and effective user experience

ORE RESPONSIBILITIES

User-Centric UI/UX Vision:

• Lead end-to-end design processes for the website, customer portal, agent portal, and mobile app, from concept to final product implementation.
• Create user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively

communicate design ideas and concepts.

Performance Analysis and Insights:

• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success of features in enhancing the user experience.
• Monitor and analyze user engagement data, conducting A/B tests to understand user preferences and refine product offerings.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design, and apply this knowledge to improve design processes and methodologies.
• Reinforce a design-thinking culture that draws from the best and most innovative products and technology

QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Educational Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Design, Product Management, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

Years of Experience

• 5+ years’ experience in delivering digital products in cross-functional teams from start to finish in a fastpaced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior UI/UX designer, with a proven track record of designing successful digital products such as portals, web and mobile applications.

Other requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information

architecture.

• Experience designing for Salesforce and SAP integrations is a strong advantage.
• Solid portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and demonstrating your design process.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage a team, work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment.
• Experience leading design projects and mentoring junior designers is a plus
