Business Analyst / Product Analyst — Equity Billing & Analytics

We're looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to sit at the intersection of Equity Billing and Equity Analytics, translating complex financial requirements into clear, actionable technical tasks. You'll work in a cross-functional Agile environment, ensuring billing systems are accurate and analytics platforms deliver meaningful insights to stakeholders.

The Role

You'll lead requirement gathering, manage the product backlog, facilitate Agile ceremonies, and collaborate with analytics teams on dashboards and reporting. You'll also support UAT, functional testing, and defect tracking through to resolution.

Technical Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in fintech or banking
• BRD and FRD writing: structured documentation developers can execute on
• Jira and Confluence: backlog management and sprint facilitation
• Tableau or AWS QuickSight: dashboard building and data validation
• Basic SQL proficiency (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE) for data verification and troubleshooting
• UAT planning and functional testing
• Agile/Scrum methodology

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Equities and Derivatives (trade lifecycles, billing structures, market data)
• Scrum Master experience
• Python knowledge
• Agile or BA certification (CSPO, CSM, or CBAP)
