Lead Product Manager

We are looking to speak to Product Managers who ensure that the right work is prioritized and delivered so digital products effectively meet user needs and stay relevant over time. This involves setting a clear product vision and guiding the team toward it, while balancing user expectations, technical feasibility, and design objectives. On a daily basis, the role requires coordinating across multiple disciplines to ensure smooth and successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and align on product vision, strategy, and roadmap with the Product Owner and stakeholders
• Manage the full product lifecycle, from planning and launch to iteration and growth
• Design, test, and optimize user journeys through experiments and data-driven insights
• Conduct user research and analyze usage data to inform product decisions
• Translate product strategy into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and delivery teams
• Evaluate solution options, prioritize features, and tailor offerings for different user segments
• Drive user adoption, engagement, and sustainable growth
• Manage budgets, resources, and funding requirements
• Coordinate across functions such as engineering, design, marketing, legal, and finance
• Ensure product quality, security, performance, and compliance standards are met
• Maintain clear documentation, run effective meetings, and track delivery progress

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, or solution design
• Experience with Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and modern product development practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proven experience working closely with engineers and designers
• Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) are a plus
