Senior Product Manager [ Fintech | Trading | Brokerage Platform]

The team is investing heavily in modern product experiences for active traders and investors, with Singapore as a key market. The environment is cross-border, fast-moving, and highly collaborative, with product, engineering, compliance, design, and commercial teams working closely across several regions.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager focused on trading / brokerage products, you will lead the development and launch of mobile-first investing or leveraged trading capabilities for the Singapore market.

You will:

• Own product strategy and execution for key trading or brokerage journeys, from discovery through launch and optimisation
• Drive new product or feature rollouts in a regulated financial services environment
• Balance global platform consistency with local market requirements and customer needs
• Partner closely with engineering on APIs, systems, integrations, and technical trade-offs
• Work cross-functionally with compliance, legal, operations, design, data, and commercial stakeholders
• Translate regulatory, business, and customer requirements into clear product priorities and roadmaps
• Define KPIs, monitor post-launch performance, and iterate based on user behaviour and business outcomes
• Champion a seamless, mobile-first customer experience for active investors and traders
• Coordinate delivery across distributed regional and global teams
• Support go-to-market planning, customer adoption, and product scaling across multiple markets over time

Requirements

We’re looking for product leaders who combine strong execution skills with domain understanding in brokerage, trading, wealth, or other regulated financial products.

Ideal background:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, brokerage, trading, wealthtech, or financial platforms
• Strong experience building and shipping mobile-first digital products
• Track record of owning products end-to-end, from concept through launch and iteration
• Ability to work effectively with engineering teams on technical requirements, architecture discussions, and delivery trade-offs
• Experience working in regulated industries or with compliance-heavy products
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business, technology, design, and control functions
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, cross-border, multi-team environments
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, experimentation, and product performance management

Highly attractive:

• Experience with brokerage, multi-asset trading, CFDs, derivatives, margin, or leveraged products
• Familiarity with Singapore regulatory frameworks or other major financial regulatory environments
• Experience with trading platforms, investing apps, or active trader customer segments
• Exposure to regional or international product rollouts
