Data Scientist (Manufacturing)

Our client is one of the world prominent organisation in manufacturing industry with yearly revenue in billion USD. Now, it is now looking to hire an experienced Data Scientist for its regional Data/AI headquarter in Singapore.

Requirements:

• At least Bachelor degree in Data Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computing Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Business Analytics.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in business context (not just lab work) to apply Data Science, Machine learning, Deep Learning
• Profound knowledge and understanding (e.g. application, limitation, challenges) of predictive or/and prescriptive analytics in various business scenarios.
• Hands-on modelling/coding experience using various tools/libraries (e.g. AutoGluon, Ultralytics, Gurobi, TensorFlow, PyTorch, SciKit-Learn, Keras)
• Proficiency in programming language (e.g. Python, Java) and database querying (e.g. SQL)
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent learner.
• Prior work experience in supporting and liaising with peers and supporting business stakeholders including China market.
• You MUST BE based in Singapore currently and has relevant work experience in Singapore.
