IT Infrastructure Project Manager (IT Infrastructure & Office Deployments)

Day Rate: S$1000

Contract Length: 12 Months

Location: Singapore (Remote with occasional onsite travel)

A major Media and Broadcasting company are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to support office relocations and new site deployments across Singapore. This role will focus on delivering end-to-end IT infrastructure projects, working across networking, desktop, AV, and workplace technology environments.

You’ll work closely with engineering teams, facilities, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, managing multiple workstreams, and driving technical delivery across complex enterprise environments.

Key Experience Needed

• Proven experience delivering IT infrastructure and networking projects
• Background supporting office relocations, site builds, or workplace technology deployments
• Strong understanding of networking, infrastructure, desktop, AV, and IT operations
• Experience managing third-party vendors, procurement, and onsite coordination
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks, and project governance
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
• Agile, PMP, Prince2, or similar project management certification is beneficial
• Experience within media, broadcast, or enterprise environments is advantageous

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end infrastructure projects for office setups and relocations
• Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
• Coordinate with engineering, networking, workplace, and facilities teams
• Oversee vendor engagement, procurement, and deployment activities
• Ensure clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates to senior leadership
• Support improvements to project delivery processes and governance
• Travel onsite across Singapore as required
