SYSTEMTEC is seeking a Data Reporting / Research Analyst for a remote opportunity for candidates in the EST. The Candidate will support survey administration, reporting operations, and institutional data initiatives for a higher education organization. This role is responsible for coordinating survey schedules, managing evaluation processes, monitoring participation metrics, and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of reporting data.
Required Qualifications for the Data Reporting / Research Analyst:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to provide sponsorship or work with Third-Party agencies.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required
- 2+ years of experience administering surveys and developing data reports
- Experience working with survey management platforms such as Qualtrics, SmartEvals, SogoSurvey, Alchemer, or similar tools
- 2+ years of experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and reporting functions
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Experience monitoring data quality and ensuring reporting accuracy
- Must currently reside within the Central or Eastern Time Zones
Preferred Skills/Experience of the Data Reporting / Research Analyst:
- Experience using SQL or similar data extraction and querying tools
- Prior experience supporting reporting or survey initiatives within higher education environments
- Familiarity with course evaluation or institutional research processes
Responsibilities of the Data Reporting/Research Analyst:
- Coordinate and maintain survey distribution schedules and reporting timelines
- Manage course evaluation processes from setup through completion and reporting
- Monitor survey participation rates and assist with improving response outcomes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting platforms
- Support the creation and maintenance of institutional reports and online reporting resources
- Assist with additional survey, reporting, and analytics projects as needed
Work Location: Remote — Candidates must currently reside in Eastern Time Zones.
