Job Title: Manager – AI / Digital SPOC (Single Point of Contact)

We are hiring for the role of Manager – AI / Digital SPOC for a leading retail organization. The role will act as the key bridge between Client (Dubai) and local country business teams in KSA and Qatar, driving adoption and execution of AI, data, and digital transformation initiatives across the region.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in retail operations, digital transformation, stakeholder management, and program execution, along with exposure to AI and data-driven business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between HQ and regional business teams for AI and digital initiatives
• Drive adoption and implementation of AI and digital tools across retail operations and business functions
• Translate business requirements into actionable inputs for product and technology teams
• Lead rollout, training, and change management initiatives across stores and operational teams
• Track adoption metrics, business impact, and user engagement
• Coordinate with retail, operations, IT, and leadership teams to ensure successful execution
• Manage multiple digital transformation projects simultaneously
• Ensure effective governance, reporting, and communication between regional teams and HQ

Required Experience

• 8–12 years of professional experience
• 4–6 years in retail operations, digital transformation, business technology, or program management
• Experience working in regional or multi-country environments preferred
• Exposure to AI, analytics, data, or digital transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• MBA preferred
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile / Scrum certifications are advantageous
