Lead AI Engineer

This position combines technical leadership with strategic impact. We are looking for someone with strong leadership or managerial experience who can help reorganise and optimise R&D team workflows while also identifying and implementing AI-driven solutions across the organisation.

About the project:

Our client is a US-based enterprise company operating in the online advertising space. They provide advanced analytics and solutions to ensure digital ad quality, performance, and security for leading global brands.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering (any programming language)
• Proven leadership or managerial experience
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their practical applications
• Hands-on experience with AI solutions and system architecture design
• Experience in driving technical strategy and process improvements
• Upper-intermediate or higher English level
  
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor engineering teams, driving best practices and high performance
• Evaluate and restructure R&D processes to improve efficiency and collaboration
• Identify opportunities for AI implementation across the business
• Design and oversee the development of AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical initiatives with business goals
• Drive innovation and promote a data-driven culture within the organisation
