1 Good knowledge of Agile implementations and variations like Scrum, Kanban, Lean and identify what suits best for the team 2 Experience of having successfully delivered projects while working with ambitious deadlines and high frequency releases 3 Has successfully led at least one product development team 4 Working knowledge of implementing agile at various levels of maturity. 5 At least 5 years of experience in working in different agile projects 6 Working knowledge of Azure Devops 7 Experience in working in multiple teams and facilitating scrum of scrums and its variations in teams 8 Ensures on time, on budget and on quality delivery by recognizing dependencies early in the day and resolvig the same. 9 Coaching and mentoring skills with focus on empathy and engagement 10 Conflict resolution skills and proven track record of working with multi diverse teams 11 Motivator and great work ethics
