As a Network Operations Center (NOC) Engineer at Danfoss, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our global IT infrastructure. What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitor and Optimize: Perform 24/7 shift-based monitoring of global network performance, identifying and resolving issues before they affect operations.
• Respond and Resolve: Act as a key responder for network incidents, conducting diagnostics and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain and Improve: Execute routine maintenance tasks such as firmware updates, configuration changes, and hardware replacements to keep our network robust.
• Secure and Comply: Implement Zero Trust security principles using tools like ClearPass to ensure secure network access.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to integrate network solutions seamlessly with other systems.
• Learn and Grow: Stay ahead of emerging networking technologies and trends, continuously enhancing your skills and contributing to innovation.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Technical Expertise: Strong foundation in routing, switching, VPN, SD-WAN/SASE, and data center networking. Deep knowledge of Aruba technologies including Aruba Central, Access Points, Switches, Gateways, ClearPass, and UXI.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to analyze complex issues, think critically, and deliver effective solutions under pressure.
• Continuous Learner: Passion for staying updated with the latest networking advancements and applying them to improve performance.
• Collaborative Communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across teams.
• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, 3+ years of network engineering experience, Aruba certifications (ACCP, ACSP, ACCX), and familiarity with ITIL frameworks.
