💰 Up to £120k + Equity (depending on experience)

We're working with a high-growth social commerce marketplace used by millions of customers, currently scaling its AI and personalisation capabilities.

They're looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to own recommendation, ranking and search systems across a consumer platform, driving improvements in discovery, engagement and conversion.

Key requirements:

Experience building recommendation, ranking or personalisation systems in production

Strong Python engineering skills

Experience with ML pipelines, model deployment and monitoring

Strong understanding of machine learning, experimentation and statistics

Search/relevance optimisation experience is a plus

Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-ownership, start-up environments
