The Opportunity

Are you an ex-developer who loves the "Big Picture" more than the code? Do you know how to leverage AI to work smarter, not harder?

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager based in Perth (hybrid) to act as the technical authority in the room. You will lead discovery for our largest clients, architecting solutions and translating client ambiguity into compelling solutions.

What You'll Do

• Run senior client discovery workshops and manage high-level stakeholders, scoping out the art of the possible.
• Act as the primary documentation lead, producing Functional Specs, User Stories, and ERDs that developers can execute with zero guesswork.
• Champion the use of AI tools for drafting documentation, data analysis, and workflow automation.
• Sanity-check estimates, identify blockers, and ensure the tech stack is fit for purpose.
• Own the Discovery, Definition, and Delivery phases and manage sprint cycles.

What You Bring

• A background in software development or a deep understanding of coding principles, database schemas, and API documentation.
• Proven ability to write watertight specifications and scopes of work.
• Comfortable using AI tools to optimise project planning and documentation.
• The confidence to guide C-level stakeholders and push back on scope creep when necessary.
• Deep experience with Jira/Confluence and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Highly Desired

• Comfortable with the fast pace and nature of a digital agency.
• Familiarity with Statamic, Sanity, Laravel, or Next.js.
• Ability to create Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and complex User Flow charts.

This role is ideally a full-time position but flexible / part-time arrangements will be considered for the right candidate.
