This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Advisor located in Molendinar, QLD. The Human Resources Advisor will be responsible for supporting employee relations, implementing and maintaining HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and managing various HR functions. The role also involves providing guidance to team members and leadership on HR-related matters to foster a positive workplace environment.

• Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies
• Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Proven expertise in Employee Relations and handling workplace matters
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and adapt to dynamic environments
• A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a retail or similar industry is an advantage
