Senior Java/Angular/AWS Developers
* Contract duration: asap to 30/06/2025, plus 1 x 12 months extension
* Rate: $1,000 to $1,100 per day (incl super)
* Location of work*: ACT, NSW, QLD, VIC
* Security Clearance: Have existing AGSVA Baseline or eligible
We're hiring experienced Java developers for our federal government client to develop applications using the following platforms: Java 8, WAS 9, Hibernate, JMS, JDBC, Restful API, DB2, SoapUI, MQ, Postman, Toad SQL Developer, NodeJS/JavaScript, Angular, JEE/Java, Spring and AWS Services, API Gateway / S3 Buckets / SQS / Lambda / DynamoDB and so on.
Selection Criteria
1. Minimum of 8 years experience in JEE applications using Test Driven Development in an agile workforce facilitating CICD delivery.
2. Minimum of 8 years experience using continuous integration/ continuous development tools like Jenkins/Azure DevOps, Sonar cube, Junit, Mockito or IntelliJ/Ecplise/Visual Studio Code, GIT and Buildforge or similar.
3. Minimum of 8 years experience in:
- in Java 8, WAS 9, Hibernate, JMS, JDBC, Restful API, and DB2, and/or
- in Angular development, HTML, CSS, NPM, Node.js, and RxJS, and/or:
- in AWS Services (API Gateway / S3 / SQS / Lambda / DynamoDB) and IasC frameworks such as Pulumi or AWS CDK.
4. Minimum of 8 years experience in SoapUI, MQ, Postman, Toad, SQL Developer or similar.
* Flexible/remote working arrangements can be discussed during the interview. Canberra based candidates are preferred.
