Ihre Aufgaben

IT Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Laufende Analyse und Interpretation regulatorischer, gesetzlicher und interner Anforderungen im IT-, Versicherungs- und Governance-Umfeld
• Übersetzung regulatorischer Anforderungen in konkrete Governance-, Risiko- und Compliance-Maßnahmen
• Unterstützung und fachliche Steuerung governance-bezogener Themen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Funktionen wie:
• CISO / Informationssicherheit
• IT Risk Management
• IT Service Management
• Datenschutz
• BCM / Operational Resilience
• Internes Kontrollsystem (IKS)

Governance Framework & Policies

• Entwicklung und Umsetzung interner und gruppenweiter Richtlinien, Standards und Governance-Prozesse
• Sicherstellung von Compliance, Transparenz und Auditfähigkeit

Corporate Governance & Gremienarbeit

• Betreuung gesellschaftsrechtlicher Themen („Corporate Housekeeping“) und Unterstützung der Organe
• Vor- und Nachbereitung von Gremiensitzungen auf Gesellschafts- und Gruppenebene
• Umsetzung gesellschaftsrechtlicher Maßnahmen und Einhaltung von Corporate-Governance-Vorgaben

Management Support

• Erstellung von Entscheidungs- und Präsentationsunterlagen für das Management

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Wirtschaftsrecht, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Einschlägige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT-Governance, Compliance oder Policy Management oder Corporate Governance – idealerweise im Konzern- oder Unternehmensgruppen-Umfeld
• Grundlegendes Verständnis regulatorischer Anforderungen (z. B. im Finanzdienstleistungs- oder Versicherungsumfeld)
• Kenntnisse gängiger Frameworks und Standards (z. B. COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001) sowie einschlägige Zertifizierungen
• Strategisches, unternehmerisches Mindset und Verständnis von Governance als Enabler für Transformation und Innovation
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Umsetzungsstärke sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen adressatengerecht zu vermitteln
• Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations- und Umsetzungskompetenz sowie hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; eine osteuropäische Sprache ist von Vorteil

Das jährliche Bruttogehalt (Vollzeit) für die Position beträgt mindestens EUR 53.802,-. Sie bringen viel Erfahrung und Know-how mit? Dann sind wir selbstverständlich bereit, dies mit einer Überzahlung zu würdigen.

Your Tasks

IT Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Ongoing analysis and interpretation of regulatory, legal, and internal requirements in the IT, insurance, and governance environment
• Translation of regulatory requirements into concrete governance, risk, and compliance measures
• Support and functional coordination of governance-related topics in close collaboration with functions such as:
• CISO / Information Security
• IT Risk Management
• IT Service Management
• Data Protection
• BCM / Operational Resilience
• Internal Control System (ICS)

Governance Framework & Policies

• (Further) development, maintenance, and implementation of internal and group-wide policies, standards, and governance processes
• Ensuring compliance, transparency, and auditability across relevant governance areas

Corporate Governance & Board Support

• Handling corporate law matters (“corporate housekeeping”), including support of corporate bodies
• Preparation and follow-up of board and committee meetings at company and group level
• Support and implementation of corporate law measures and ensuring compliance with corporate governance requirements

Management Support

• Preparation of decision-making materials and presentations for the management

Your Profile

• Completed degree, preferably in Business Law, (Business) Informatics, Business Administration,or a comparable qualification
• Proven professional experience in IT governance, compliance,policy managementor corporate governance, ideally within a corporate or group environment
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g. in financial services or insurance)
• Governance-related certifications such as COBIT, ITIL or ISO are an advantage
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a clear understanding of governance as an enabler for transformation and innovation
• High level of ownership, strong execution capabilities and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and target-group-oriented manner
• Structured and analytical working style with strong communication and implementation skills and a high level of quality awareness
• Very good German and English skills; any other CEE language is a plus

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 53.802,-. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
