About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to coordinate injury management services for employees with non-work-related injuries and health conditions. The primary objective of this role is to support employees in their recovery and ensure a timely, effective return to work, minimizing lost work time while promoting sustainable recovery. This position involves the development, implementation, and management of recovery at work programs, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure best practice interventions and outcomes.
