Senior Project Manager

We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Main responsibilities :

• Program Management: Proven experience managing complex programs involving construction, technical operations, IT, and human resources.
• Workflow Design: Expertise in laboratory/production area layout optimization to improve workflows and analysis turnaround times.
• Financial Management: Ability to manage multi-year budgets worth several million euros (CAPEX/OPEX) and ensure project profitability/business case delivery.
• Leadership & Change Management

Technical Expertise :

• Laboratory Infrastructure: Strong knowledge of specific technical requirements such as HVAC, utilities and gases, fume hoods, anti-vibration areas, and safety classifications.
• Equipment & Validation: Mastery of procurement and validation cycles (IQ/OQ/PQ) for analytical or medical equipment in regulated environments (ISO 15189 / 17025 / GMP).
• IT Integration: Experience in deploying or migrating LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) and interfacing them with new automated systems.

Your profile :

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, including at least two successful references in relocation or activity transfer projects.
• Availability: Ability to commit for the full duration of the project (estimated between 12 and 18 months).
• Methodology: Prince2, MSP, or equivalent certification.
• Languages: English / French
