IT Access Specialist

Small description: In this role you will be responsible for daily administration and maintenance of the IT-access control system, ensuring both data quality, compliance, and supporting IT operational efficiency. This role involves handling access-management System- and Process-related incidents and requests, maintaining system configuration quality, consulting users and collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously enhance access automation and process effectiveness

What will you do:

• Handle Access System- and Process-related incidents and requests
• Maintain Access Management System and Database according to internal policies
• Monitor system performance for proper provisioning, maintenance and revocation of access
• Keep access records accurate and audit-ready
• Perform periodic access reviews and support audits
• Contribute to improvements and testing of the access management process tool
• Tightly collaborate with IT and HR departments
  
  

You are the perfect candidate if:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in IT access management area preferred
• Knowledge of access control principles and best practices
• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Attention to detail and organizational ability
• Familiarity with IT security standards and ticketing systems
• Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and spoken)
  
  

Compensation:

Salary: 2300–2850 EUR gross per month, depending on candidate’s experience, competencies, and skills. Additional bonuses and benefits according to company policy.
