We are a UK-licensed fintech company building modern financial infrastructure across accounts, payments, cards, FX, and analytics.


We are looking for a Partnership & Referral Manager to build and scale our partner-led growth channel from the ground up.


This is not a coordination role — this is a build-and-own function.


You will be responsible for creating the entire referral and partnership ecosystem from zero: defining the structure, building processes, recruiting partners, developing incentive models, and turning partnerships into a scalable and predictable acquisition channel.


We are looking for someone who is commercially driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving fintech environment with high ownership and ambiguity.


What You’ll Do


Build the Program From Scratch

  • Design and launch the referral & partner program end-to-end
  • Create scalable partner onboarding and management processes
  • Define commission structures, incentives, and partner economics
  • Build systems for tracking, attribution, and partner payouts


Grow the Partner Network

  • Identify and recruit high-quality partners, consultants, agencies, and fintech introducers
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of partnership opportunities
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships across multiple markets


Drive Revenue & Performance

  • Monitor partner performance and optimise conversion
  • Scale the channel into a predictable revenue stream
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align acquisition efforts


Represent the Company

  • Attend industry events and conferences
  • Position the company as a partner-friendly fintech
  • Support co-marketing and go-to-market initiatives


What We’re Looking For


  • 3–5+ years in partnerships, affiliate or referral programs management
  • Proven experience building or scaling partner channels
  • Strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue impact
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to build processes and systems independently
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Fluent English required
  • Russian is a strong advantage
