Cloud Engineer - AWS Specialist

They are looking for both junior and senior engineers with strong AWS expertise and deep Kubernetes knowledge who can design secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions while partnering closely with research teams. • Design and implement custom AWS architectures to support quantitative research and modelling
• Collaborate with researchers, developers, and data scientists to build scalable and secure cloud solutions
• Ensure performance, reliability, and availability of cloud infrastructure
• Automate infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and management
• Continuously improve systems for scalability, cost-efficiency, and speed

• 4+ years experience as a Cloud Engineer or Architect (senior/junior hires)
  
• Strong experience with AWS services (EKS, EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch)
  
• Kubernetes expertise (mandatory)
  
• Experience with containerisation (Docker) and serverless architecture
• Knowledge of DevOps and IaC tools (e.g. Terraform)
• Strong understanding of cloud security, encryption, and governance
