Python developer (outbound engineering)

In the Outbound Engineering team we are responsible for managing all outbound communications to our customers. Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, SecureInbox, millions of messages run through our services on a daily basis. You and your teammates will manage, extend, maintain and monitor these services to make sure our customers get the information they need. Scalability, high performance and stability are crucial. You will work with some of the best professionals in the field. You have to be eager to learn and develop yourself. Our stack currently has services running in Python and C#/.NET and a frontend build in React. The emphasis for this role is on Python. Having experience in working with Kafka and DataBricks would come in handy.

We Have Several Tracks For Developers

• You can become an expert in Python widening your skills into C#/.NET using Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis;
• You can become a full stack developer, strengthening your Python skills but extending that with JavaScript / React;
• You can grow into a lead developer role, owning a piece of our tech stack.

This position is in the beautiful city of Amsterdam. We are looking for someone who already lives in the Netherlands or has a permit to work in the Netherlands.
