• Monitor and analyse emerging developments in digital money and infrastructure, translating them into business implications, risks and opportunities for multiple stakeholders
• Build and maintain external partnerships with market infrastructures, consortiums and industry initiatives to strengthen Rabobank’s strategic positioning
• Coordinate pilots and innovation initiatives with business lines and technology teams to ensure readiness and alignment across the organisation

You & your talent

• Master’s degree level and 5+ years experience in financial market infrastructures or payments
• Proven knowledge of digital assets, tokenisation and settlement models with experience translating strategy into business impact
• Experience with analytical tooling (e.g. Excel or similar) and stakeholder coordination within complex environments
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills
