Project Manager

G2 are currently looking for a Project Manager to join a client on a permanent basis, based in North Netherlands, Groningen region.

The client is looking for a Project Manager to join them on a fast-paced construction site. They are looking for someone who is interested in finding a new exciting challenge and is ready to hit the ground running, bring new ideas, and grow with a fast‑moving team.

The client requires a Project Manager who has an understanding of site operations for a construction site, happy with anyone who has worked on a site from breaking ground, through setting up site infrastructure to the ongoing operations whilst construction continues.

LOCATION: Groningen Area, Netherlands

SALARY: €80,000 – 120,000 per annum + package

START: July 2026 onwards

Project Manager Specification:

- 5+ years’ experience with construction projects; projects, site or operations management

- Knowledge of set up construction sites, site infrastructure or operations

- Working history for a main contractor, sub-contractor considered

- Knowledge of operational site requirements, work permits, RAMS, risk assessment

- Ability to supervise teams of site and logistics managers, site-based workers, technicians, site engineers

- English speaking
