On-site collaboration with the software, mechanical design and manufacturing team.

At Pek Automotive in Slovenia we design and build advanced autonomous electric systems and robotic vehicles used in demanding real-world environments such as agriculture and rescue operations. We are currently looking for a Software Developer.

What you will work on:

• Developing motion control software for autonomous electric agricultural robots
• Supporting and improving existing robot movement algorithms
• Developing software solutions in Python
• Developing and maintaining mobile applications
• Ensuring software compatibility with development standards and technical specifications
• Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams
• Supporting software integration within autonomous robotic systems
• Participating in testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field
• Experience with Python software development
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and software programming concepts
• Experience with mobile application development and maintenance
• Understanding of software integration and development standards
• Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
• Good command of English language
• French language skills are an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Interest in robotics, automation, and autonomous systems
