COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT FOR LOGISTICS SERVICES

Gebrüder Weiss, a company operating in the field of logistics and distribution, is looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive individual to support the sales team in the area of logistics and transport services. If you are detail-oriented, have an understanding of logistics processes, and enjoy working with customers, coordinating processes, and operating in a dynamic logistics environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Commercial Assistant for Logistics Services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supporting the commercial/sales team in preparing quotations and offers.
• Communicating with customers and business partners.
• Preparing and processing orders.
• Coordinating transport and logistics activities.
• Monitoring the execution of services.
• Preparing reports and providing administrative support.
• Entering and updating data in ERP/CRM systems.
• Collaborating with the operations department.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics or administration.
• Knowledge of logistics procedures and administrative tools.
• Accuracy, responsibility, and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel).
• Knowledge of the Italian language.
