Job Title: Customer Trust Analyst

Location: Šenčur, Slovenia (hybrid).

Role Description

The Customer Trust Analyst sits within the CISO organization and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing customer confidence in the company’s security posture. This role manages the Trust Center, responds to customer security and compliance questionnaires, and maintains a centralized knowledge base of security information. Acting as a bridge between internal security teams and customer facing stakeholders, the analyst ensures accurate, consistent, and timely communication of security practices and controls.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a ‘Central Desk function to co-ordinate the respond to customer security questionnaires and similar requests in a timely and high-quality manner
  • Manage and continuously improve the company’s Trust Center, ensuring content is accurate, current, and aligned with security practices and certifications
  • Implement, maintain and update a centralized security knowledge base to support consistent and efficient responses, identifying opportunities to streamline responses through AI tools, standardization, automation, and improved documentation
  • Partner with internal teams (Security, Legal, Compliance, CloudOps and IT) to gather and validate information on controls and policies
  • Track, prioritize, and report on incoming customer assurance requests and response metrics, aligning prioritization with customer facing teams (sales, solution and support), as required
  • Support external audits and certifications (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) by aligning customer-facing responses with audit evidence


Qualifications & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in information security, risk, compliance, IT, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of common security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, or NIST
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience responding to customer security questionnaires, supporting Trust Center activities, or working in SaaS/cloud environments is a plus
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, or Security+ are considered an advantage
