The Role

You are responsible for the Information Security Management System (ISMS) in an international industrial environment.

The role focuses on coordinating security, risk, and compliance activities across IT and business functions, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate and further develop the ISMS
• Conduct risk analyses and security assessments
• Support internal and external audits (ISO 27001, TISAX, ISO 31000)
• Monitor and handle security incidents, including follow-ups
• Manage vulnerability and patch processes
• Coordinate penetration tests
• Improve and maintain security tools (SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS)
• Plan and deliver security awareness and training activities

Your Profile

• Background in IT / Cyber Security
• Experience in ISMS, risk management, or security governance
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and network security
• Experience with SOC / incident processes is an advantage
• Structured and analytical working style
• Very good English skills, German is a plus
