About Tribes We're a growing UK-based AI first technology company building ambitious software for enterprise clients. We work differently to agencies - we're AI-first by design, using the latest tools and automation to deliver faster and smarter than traditional teams. We're looking for a Senior .NET & Azure Engineer to join our Bucharest office in a hybrid role, working alongside a small, senior team where your output is amplified by AI, not replaced by it.

About the Role This isn't a traditional dev role. We expect our engineers to use AI coding tools as a core part of their workflow - generating, reviewing, and shipping code at pace, with senior oversight and quality control at every step. You'll work across live client engagements from day one, owning Azure infrastructure and .NET delivery while leveraging AI tooling to move faster than conventional teams can.

• Use AI-assisted development tools as a core part of your daily workflow
• Deliver high-quality .NET applications across multiple client projects simultaneously
• Own Azure infrastructure, deployments, and DevOps pipelines for client environments
• Act as the senior technical voice on engagements - reviewing AI-generated output and ensuring quality
• Work closely with our UK-based CTO and project managers to scope, estimate, and build
• Onboard onto live support SLAs and respond to client bug fixes and ad-hoc requests
• Contribute to knowledge transfer and documentation as projects evolve

What You'll Need

• Strong C# / .NET (Core or Framework) development experience
• Solid Azure experience - App Services, Functions, Storage and more
• Azure DevOps or equivalent CI/CD pipeline experience
• Comfortable acting as a senior reviewer of AI-generated code - spotting errors, improving output, and maintaining standards
• Strong communicator - able to work directly with UK stakeholders
• Confident with Git, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude - we don't micromanage
• Any JavaScript front-end exposure (React, Next.js) is a big plus

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with AI dev tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Cline, etc.)
• Exposure to enterprise client environments and existing codebases
• Umbraco CMS experience
• Experience with Next.js or React
