Business Analyst / Project Manager – Banking Sector

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager with solid experience in the banking sector and excellent command of the French language.

Responsibilities

• Analyze banking processes and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Coordinate project activities end‑to‑end, including planning, tracking deliverables, managing risks, and aligning stakeholders.
• Act as the communication link between business teams, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring shared understanding of requirements.
• Prepare documentation such as business requirements, user stories, process flows, and impact assessments.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by defining scenarios, assisting users, and validating results.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide regular updates to management on project progress, risks, and dependencies.

Skills

• Strong experience in business analysis and project coordination within the banking industry.
• Solid understanding of core banking processes (payments, lending, compliance, operations).
• Ability to work with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced French proficiency (spoken and written) for collaboration with French‑speaking teams and documentation review.
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
