Role Overview:
We are seeking highly hands-on, business-oriented AI engineers who can rapidly prototype agentic AI solutions and transform business knowledge into reusable “skill intelligence” structures consumable by AI agents. This role is focused on speed, business understanding, and reusable AI prototyping rather than traditional long-cycle enterprise development.
The ideal candidate can work directly with business stakeholders and SMEs, quickly understand operational workflows (especially manufacturing or enterprise operations), and convert that knowledge into structured skill files, reusable workflows, and lightweight AI applications.
You should be comfortable rapidly building functional prototypes, iterating quickly, and creating reusable agent capabilities that can scale across multiple use cases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Rapidly prototype AI applications using agentic AI frameworks, internal tooling, and orchestration platforms.
• Quickly spin up functional agents, copilots, and workflows consumable by business users and internal teams.
• Work closely with business SMEs to capture operational and manufacturing knowledge and convert it into structured, reusable “skill intelligence” files consumable by AI agents.
• Design and maintain reusable skill libraries/catalogs that accelerate future agent and application development.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable AI-enabled workflows and reusable components.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience building AI agents, copilots, or agentic workflows.
• Experience rapidly prototyping AI applications, MVPs, or workflow automation solutions.
• Strong business communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work directly with SMEs and convert business/process knowledge into structured AI-consumable formats.
• Experience with modern agentic AI tooling/frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic Claude, MCP-based architectures, or similar frameworks.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and reusable AI component design.
