ServiceNow Scrum Master (f/m/x)

Join a project for a global biotech and healthcare company developing cutting-edge digital solutions to support life science innovation.

We are looking for a Scrum Master with experience in the ServiceNow environment to support platform teams in effectively leading agile initiatives and coordinating delivery in a dynamic, international environment.

This is a role for an individual who can combine an organizational approach with a technological understanding of the ServiceNow platform and effectively collaborate with development, business and operations teams.

Your tasks

• Lead agile delivery processes in the ServiceNow environment, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily, retrospectives and sprint reviews
• Managing backlog, sprints, release plans and delivery dashboards in ServiceNow Agile Development
• Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, architects, business analysts and stakeholders in defining and prioritizing tasks
• Coordinate the implementation of ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, Service Catalog, Workflow Automation and Integration Hub initiatives.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, blockers and support teams in the effective delivery of solutions
• Prepare reports and communications to stakeholder on roadmap progress, sprints and delivery status
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in an IT environment
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform and agile delivery processes implemented in this environment
• Ability to lead project teams and coordinate the work of multiple stakeholders
• Good knowledge of ITSM processes and working with backlog, user stories and release management
• Ability to identify project risks, dependencies and problems and propose effective solutions
• Very good English language skills and experience in working with international teams
• Residence in Poland required and fluency in Polish language

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes and RESTful API design
• Working in life science, biotech or regulated environments
