- Provide technical support and onboarding assistance to customers
- Troubleshoot platform, integration, and API-related issues and ensure systematic follow-up until resolution
- Monitor system behavior and proactively identify potential problems before they impact customers
- Perform root cause analysis using logs, monitoring tools, SQL queries, and technical investigation methods
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to escalate issues, test fixes, and improve system reliability
- Document incidents, solutions, and technical guides to strengthen internal knowledge base
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer technical experience
🎓 What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or support engineering for a software product or application
- Fluency in written and verbal English and Turkish
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills
- Hands-on experience with SQL and data querying for troubleshooting
- Experience using monitoring/logging tools such as Grafana
- Solid understanding of APIs and experience with API testing tools such as Postman
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- High sense of responsibility, ownership, and accountability
