We are looking for an HR Analytics Manager to join our Human Resources Department.


What will be expected of you in this role?

  • Providing data-driven insights and projections to support strategic HR decision-making processes
  • Developing analytical approaches that leverage historical data and generate forward-looking workforce insights
  • Defining and monitoring key HR KPIs (turnover, recruitment, engagement, performance, absenteeism, workforce cost) and translating them into actionable insights
  • Building and managing the HR analytics roadmap aligned with organizational priorities and strategic objectives
  • Ensuring integration and effective use of data from multiple HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, payroll, performance management, surveys, etc.)
  • Contributing to data governance standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
  • Improving reporting processes by reducing manual work and enhancing automation and analytical capabilities
  • Leveraging BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to drive effective and business-oriented reporting
  • Conducting predictive and advanced analytics to identify trends in employee behavior, attrition risks, and workforce dynamics
  • Identifying process inefficiencies and performance deviations within HR processes and proposing data-driven improvement actions
  • Designing and guiding the development of clear, actionable dashboards and reports for senior management and HR leaders
  • Supporting the adoption of self-service analytics by enabling managers to access and interpret data effectively
  • Promoting data literacy within HR teams and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations (KVKK, GDPR) and ethical standards


Why you?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, etc.)
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR analytics, data analytics, or related areas
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and a data-driven mindset
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data visualization
  • Knowledge of HR systems and data structures (HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc.)
  • Experience in advanced analytics (predictive analytics, trend analysis, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and result-oriented approach
  • Awareness of data governance, data quality, and data privacy regulations
  • Good command of English
